According to reports made available by Civil Hospital Surveillance Cell, all of the five people who lost their lives belong to Karachi, while the six patient, Zareena, 65, was under treatment.
Experts said the viral disease is spread through a tick found on animals and people who deal with dairy farming and livestock were the most likely to catch the deadly virus.
