NAB to move AC in connection with arrest warrants of Gilani

ISLAMABAD, (monitoring desk): National Accountability Bureau (NAB) will file application in Accountability Court (AC) in connection with  arrest warrants of former Prime Minister (PM) Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani in OGRA scandal case.
As per media reports, this application will be filed by NAB in AC on July 23. Sources said prime accused and former chairman OGRA, Tauqir Sadiq had exposed during investigation the role played by former PM Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani in OGRA scandal case. Therefore, the arrest of Gilani has been sought.
Sources further said NAB would soon issue notices against chairman security exchange commission of Pakistan and others with reference to this scandal.
