KPK CM has every right to voice protest against load shedding: Sheikh Rashid


ISLAMABAD : Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said chief minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has every right to protest against load shedding as  Shahbaz Sharif also voiced protest on this count while setting up tent office at Minar-e- Pakistan on this count.
Awami Muslim League (AML) chief  said this while talking to a private TV channel here Tuesday. He held that Altaf Hussain had challenged London considering it as Pakistan. But London police would deal with money laundering case as per law, he added.
People have given chance to Mian Nawaz Sharif for becoming Prime Minister (PM) of Pakistan for third

term. But only claims are being made by the government and people will get nothing, he underlined.
The existing railway system be improved rather than launching bullet proof train as railway is traveling mode of 180 million people, he added. Saad Rafiq has been put into trouble by allocating ministry of railways, he added.
Government first  set conditions with IMF and then announced the  budget, he claimed.  “We should come out of IMF morass”, he stressed.
He went on to say Karachi is economic hub of Pakistan therefore,  peace should be maintained all over Pakistan including Karachi. If there is no peace then no foreign investment will flow to Pakistan, he stated. PM had said in his speech that foreign entrepreneurs do  not come to Pakistan due to law and order situation, he added.
All the political parties should sit together to take measures for ensuring peace in Karachi, he underscored.
People of Karachi want change now and for the first time they have cast votes against MQM, he said adding Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf (PTI) bagged votes from 90 for the first time. Therefore, MQM should respect  mandate of people of Pakistan and Karachi, he remarked. Threats don’t work, he said adding MQM vote bank is on decline.
All Parties Conference must take place and all the political parties should evolve a clear  solution to eradicate terrorism. Talks be held with Taliban, he urged.
If PTI did nothing in KPK then it will also meet the doom what ANP met, he warned.
PML-N government should steer people of Pakistan out of problems like unemployment, inflation and load shedding other wise they would be forced to go to streets, he cautioned. (News Agencies)
