Fasih Bokhari through his petition has prayed the court to hear on July, 22 his review petition against its decision on nullification of his appointment as chairman NAB.
Fasih Bokhari has taken the plea if new chairman NAB is appointed as per court’s order then his review petition will stand ineffective and his right to fair trial will be affected.
It may be recalled that SC had nullified the
appointment of former chairman NAB Fasih Bokhari and ordered the government to appoint new chairman.
Fasih Bokhari has filed review petition against this decision of apex court.
