Maulana Fazlurehman asks govt to take drone issue to global platform


Islamabad : Ameer of his own faction of Jamiat ulema-e-Islama JUI Maulana Fazlur Rehman has asked the government to raise voice against drone attacks after consultation with comity of nations at international forums as these strikes torn away the sovereignty of Pakistan.
He was talking to a delegation of his party, which called on him here on Sunday. He said that the country which is already in the grip of crises, has been pushed towards further problems and it seems that all is going according to an international plots.
Maulana said that those who make international rules are watching attacks on Pakistan’s sovereignty and

integrality of Pakistan like a silent spectators , however they should play their role.
“Drone attacks are the worst form of terrorism. These attacks are the challenge for new government . Only protest is not enough , but consultation with friendly countries is very necessary in this connection”, Fazal added.
He was of the view that international conspiracies against Pakistan have reached to highest level. The country has been tangled in external and internal threats and anti Pakistan elements are taking advantage of the situation.
He said that the super powers have backed the military action against elected government in Egypt. Now from which face they are talking about the democracy.
JUI(F) head said that the worst ever load shedding haqs snatched the peace of minds form the people during the holy month of Ramadan. Government should take practical steps for overcoming energy crisis , which has not only crippled industry but also prevented the wheel of economy .(News Agencies)
