A small quarrel of children in Korangi No-1 turned into full-scaled armed clash on Sunday. Rival groups attacked each other with sticks, batons, and weapons.
One person lost life and three sustained injuries in firing; enraged people occupied main Korangi Road and launched attack on vehicles and police vans.
Police called additional troops and an armored
vehicle to control the situation. In the mean time, some unknown persons also turned off power of the area.
The dead body and injured were moved to Jinnah Hospital by the police, after controlling the situation. (Crime News)
