Religious Minister reiterates Govt’s support to Hujjaj

Islamabad : Pakistan has announced to back the Saudi government’s decision to cut the number of Hujjaj by 20 percent this year, due to extension and renovation project of Khana Kaba.
On Wednesday Saudi Ambassador Abdul Aziz Ibrahim Al Ghadeer called on Federal Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf in his office. During the meeting the diplomat apprised the minister about the arrangements for providing facilities to Hujjaj during 2103 Hajj and extension project of Haram Sharif (Khana Kaba) so that more amenities may be provided to them in future.
“The 20 percent cut in the number of Hujjaj is not only for Pakistan but also for the entire Muslim Ummah.
