By-election on 2 Senate seats to be held today

QUETTA: By-election on two general seats of Senate from Balochistan will be held on Thursday (today).
The polling will begin at the provincial assembly in Quetta at 9 in the morning and continue till 4 in the afternoon.
The seats were lying vacant after resignation by Senators Haji Lashkari Raisani and Maulana Muhammad Khan Shirani.
Five candidates are contesting for the seats. They are Engineer Fazl Karim Kakar‚ Haji Muhammad Wali Kakar‚ Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Nasar‚ Abdul Rauf and Imran Shah.
