He further remarked “responsibility be fixed and the court be informed. Court will take action against the persons who are found involved in violating court’s orders with regard to missing persons.
Justice Khilji Arif Hussain remarked “enough is enough and now the law and constitution be adhered to. The persons who were set free by high court were picked up.
Commission had disposed off the matter related to brother of Zia Ullah due to presence of missing person in
the detention centre.
Justice Jawad remarked “if have they met him. We will seek reply form those who are found responsible in it. Such matters should not be allowed to occur. Responsibility be fixed. Attorney General be asked that such matters should not occur in future.
Brother of missing person told that commission had given letter asking him to take it to detention center. But they denied presence of his brother and gave no reply.
Justice Khilji remarked this case is of different nature. High court had acquitted missing person but Safi Ullah was picked up from Adiala jail.
Justice Jawwad remarked whereabouts of this person should be ascertained today. Certain elements are all set to malign government and institutions. It is not domain of SC to arrange meetings. This is domain of the government. The court be informed who is responsible for such state matter. We will issue summons to the person found responsible in the matter of Zakir Ullah, brother of Nasrullah. It be admitted that Safi Ullah is human being. He is Pakistani citizen then as to why he is not being given his rights as per law.
Faisal Siddiqui said a joint meeting is going to be held in AG office today and all the matters will be discussed therein.
Justice Jawad remarked “responsibility be fixed in respect of all the cases uptill now. We fully realize it If AG office and we are failed. Whosoever violates the law and does not comply with court’s orders be told that we may not commit our constitution into conflagration that is not being implemented.
Justice Jawad remarked the matter of 84 persons will be heard on Monday. We must be informed about the matter of brother of Zia Ullah on Friday. Four months have been elapsed and it has become rolling stone between the office of commission and Lakki Murawwat
The court remarked Zia Ullah can go if he wills and his matter will be heard on Friday.
Amna Msud said if government does this job then missing persons can be recovered.
The court ordered for fixing the case of missing person Masud Janjua.
The court directed AG to review the matters with regard to meeting of missing persons detained in detention centers with their family members.
The court also directed AG to ascertain facts about the recovery of Safi Ullah and his presence in detention centre at Lakki Murawat and inform the court so that his family could meet him.
The court also sought details of the meeting taking place under AG. (News Agencies)
