In his interview given to a private T.V channel on Wednesday he said that, patients of diabetes, blood pressure including old age persons should take care by themselves. Government will take all measures for the training of Hajj pilgrims, which will start after Ramzan.
Minister said that, information of deduction in quota of Hajj pilgrims was provided by Saudi Arabia and this
reduction is for the entire world.
The reason for this deduction is the plan of expansion of KA’BAA, and in this regard the strength of pilgrims from Saudi Arabia has been also 50 % reduced, he added.
He said that all pilgrims through government scheme would be sent on Hajj, while with private tour operators’ matters have been settled on giving them 40 and 60 % of quota.
Sardar Yusuf said that 90000 pilgrims would go on Hajj through government scheme and totally 1,43000 pilgrims will go from Pakistan while hundreds of persons have voluntarily taken their decision back on going to Hajj.
Replying to a query he said that district vise groups of Hajj pilgrims have been formed to maintain the discipline, they will be sent through the same flight, and there will be same residence for them there.
We are trying hard to reduce the problems of Hajj pilgrims, he concluded.
