Govt approves hike in petroleum prices

ISLAMABAD (Monitoring Desk) – Federal government has approved increase in prices of petroleum products from July 1.
According to sources OGRA will issue a notification in this regard on Sunday.
Prices of petrol, diesel and Kerosene oil will to up by Rs 2.66, Rs 3.66 and Rs 2.50 respectively.
The new price of petrol will be Rs 102.43 per liter whereas diesel will be available at the rate of Rs 108.26 per liter.
Similarly, Kerosene oil will now be sold at the rate of Rs.96.29 per liter.  
The new rates will be applicable from July 1.
