Karachi violence claims 8 lives

KARACH  – Three people including a woman were shot dead by unidentified motorcyclists in Kharadar area. The victims were identified as Fazl Maula, Faisal and Fatima.

Panic gripped the area after the incident and business activity was suspended while the protesters blocked the road by burning tyres.

In another incident, two people were gunned down in Machar Colony and a man was killed near Sarjani Baba Mor.

A dead body was found from Adam Khan Road in Lyari area while another dead body was found from Korangi Veeta. Police claimed that the man was killed last month.

A victim of firing incident near Kala Pull in Korangi succumbed to his injuries while residents of the area put the dead body on the road and protested. They halted the traffic heading towards Sharah-e Faisal and adjacent areas. Agencies
